The Prima 120 is our Estate Level oven with a full 48″ cooking surface – the choice for serious entertainers and serious chefs. The generous cooking surface can accommodate any menu yet is still not over-the-top for the serious foodie. Like our Prima 100, this commercial grade oven offers extra thermal mass due to the thicker dome and corresponding thicker floor which will pay dividends when used for multiple days or for long events.
