2 pork chorizo sausages removed from casing and browned
3 cups mixed cheddar and jack cheese
1 cup canned refried beans
1 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
Sliced scallions
Jalapeno chilies, sliced
Fresno chilies, sliced

Toppings:
Calabrian chili peppers (*Tuttocalabria)
Sour cream
Locally homemade avocado salsa
Fresh tomatoes
Avocado, sliced
Cilantro
Pico de Gallo

Bake oven environment
350 – 450°
