Andrea Mugnaini and her staff partnered with J Executive Chef, Mark E. Caldwell to create delicious pizzas featuring organic farm fresh vegetables and local artisan products. These seasonal pizzas were paired with their Russian River Valley Pinot Noirs as well as other J wines. Andrea and Chef Caldwell showed visitors how the right oven and seasonal ingredients make for a perfect summer meal.
