Fresh Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
½ cup finely grated fresh horseradish
2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon minced chives
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Dash hot red pepper sauce
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill well before serving.
